How to Upgrade Your Plan
- 1Go to the Subscription page
Visit https://myteeb.com/subscribe.php or click your current plan badge in the sidebar.
- 2Select Silver or Gold
Review the features included in each plan and click the plan you want.
- 3Complete payment
You'll be taken to a secure checkout. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed by Stripe/PayPal — your card details are never stored on myteeb servers.
- 4Your plan activates instantly
As soon as payment is confirmed, your new plan features are live. No need to log out and back in.
Secure payments: All payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. myteeb never sees or stores your full card number.
Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date you subscribed.
- Your plan automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
- You'll receive an email receipt after each successful payment.
- If a payment fails, access to premium features continues for a short grace period while we retry.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel, contact our support team. We'll process your cancellation immediately:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You won't be charged again after cancellation.
- Your account returns to the Free plan after expiry — your matches, photos, and messages are preserved.
- We don't offer partial-month refunds, but if you have a billing issue, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my payment information stored securely?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). myteeb never sees or stores your full card number — only the last 4 digits and expiry are kept for display purposes.
Can I switch from Silver to Gold (or downgrade)?
Yes. Contact our support team to change your plan. When upgrading, the higher plan activates immediately and you're charged the difference pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next renewal date.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account, matches, messages, and photos are all retained when you cancel — you just revert to the Free plan with Free-tier limits. Nothing is deleted automatically. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Do plans auto-renew?
Yes. Plans renew automatically each month. You'll receive an email 3 days before renewal reminding you. Cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
Do you offer discounts or annual plans?
We occasionally offer promotional pricing. Keep an eye on the subscription page or follow myteeb on social media for updates. Annual plans are not currently available but may be added in the future.
